Where do you ship?

We currently ship to customers within the United Kingdom.
At this time, we do not offer international delivery.

How long will delivery take?

  • Standard Delivery (2–4 working days): Free

  • Express Delivery (1–2 working days): £4.94

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control (such as courier delays, strikes, or severe weather). Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Who delivers my order?

All orders are shipped from the UK and delivered via Royal Mail or our trusted courier partners. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Can I get free delivery?

Yes! We offer free Standard Delivery on all orders.

What happens if I’m not home?

If you’re not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a calling card or email/text notification with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from your local depot.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses?

At this time, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

Delayed or missing deliveries

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Please check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email.

  2. Allow up to 7 working days for Standard Delivery before contacting us.
