Refund Policy

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unwanted items.

To qualify for a refund, returned products must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • With all original packaging and tags

Items returned damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition will not be refunded. All items are inspected upon arrival.

Do you offer free returns?

At this time, we do not offer free return labels. Returns are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our facility. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

  • UK Customers: If you use our return portal to generate a label/QR code, there is no upfront charge at drop-off. However, a £3 admin fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • International Customers: You will need to cover the full cost of return shipping with your chosen courier.

Please note: Postage costs are non-refundable.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued once your return has been received and inspected by our team.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

  • Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear in your account, though it often happens sooner.

Can I combine multiple returns?

No. Each return must be registered and sent separately. Combining multiple items into one parcel can delay processing.

Always keep proof of postage for each return. If your return is lost in transit and no valid proof of postage can be provided, we will not be able to process a refund.

If you can provide tracking information, but the item is confirmed as lost, we may issue store credit instead of a refund.

Clear, professional and UK-standard:

  • 14-day return period (UK law: Consumer Contracts Regulations).

  • Refund only to original payment method.

  • Admin fee for UK prepaid labels (comum em marcas britânicas).

  • No free returns as default (também comum em marcas do UK).

  • Emphasis on proof of postage (muito usado no varejo UK).
